So, what's new?

I'm about halfway through my Bachelor's program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Homework at my age!

I've published a new schedule for the rest of April and all of May.  That way you can see what classes I have booked already and you can just join a class already booked.

Check back often and look for new developments.
