Do your cakes come out looking funny? Do your cookies look like you could slide them under a door? There is nothing funny about spending all that time and effort to settle for inferior results. We can bake some simple cakes, make frosting and learn the tricks of the trade from a professional! You can design the content of this class to "fill in the blanks" of your existing knowledge. With enough advance notice, we can concentrate on French breads and pastries or whatever you would like to learn! We'll cover desserts, frostings, icings and simple things, too. Like Tarts and quick, decadent Napoleons. Imagine, being able to produce perfect croissants from your own oven! We'll cover the basics, some advanced principles and a little French, too. From artisanal breads to light and airy French Baguettes. We'll make some doughs from scratch and proofed items will be available for demonstration. You'll be taking home some (most) of the items we make. We'll cook a few little things to test our skills on, so it is best that the class starts around 3:00 p.m. if possible, but later start times can usually work as well. Let me know (on the next form) if you are allergic to or dislike certain foods and we can avoid those. Terms and Conditions:
Class participants who take part in cooking or any preparation functions are
solely liable for accidents or injury and agree to hold Chef Bob harmless from
all causes of action resulting therefrom. Class participants can eat or
take home the food we prepare in class. Wine costs are extra and not
included. All classes include the cost of food selected for demonstration
and are held in Chef Bob's Kitchen in Melbourne, FL unless arrangements are made
in advance for another location for an additional fee
