Now you can take professional cooking classes right in Chef Bob's kitchen. All Classes are only $60 per person*, including the cost of food. All classes include a course syllabus (workbook) that you keep and they last about 3 hours. Classes should have no more than four people as we will be covering a lot of material and actually cooking most of the time.
Pizza Class - We'll make our own dough, then show you some shortcuts to make it easier and tastier. We'll go through some of the tricks and tips that make great, crusty pizzas possible in your own oven at a SMALL fraction of what you'd pay down the street! Sauté Class - This class will teach you how to cook quick, easy dishes and create pan sauces at the end of the cooking, just the way French Chefs have been making them for centuries. Your family will appreciate the world-class flavors you can deliver and you'll quickly see how easy it is to turn our great food.
Grilling Class - Learn how to grill without burning your food. Learn how to tell when food is completely cooked. Learn how (and when) to properly apply BBQ sauces, marinades and rubs. You'll get all the tips you need for perfect results. Stop burning your steaks and chops! Baking & Pastry Class - Do your cakes come out looking funny?
Do your cookies look like you could slide them under a door? There is nothing funny about spending all that time and effort to settle for
inferior results. You'll bake some cakes, make frosting and learn the
tricks of the trade from a professional! You can design the content of
this class to "fill in the blanks" of your existing knowledge. Fruit Carving Class - We'll carve fruits and vegetables to use as centerpieces and for buffet garnishes. If watermelon is in season, we can even go exotic with some easy Oriental artwork and functional designs. You'll learn many easy garnishing techniques to make your dishes beautiful as well as enticing. Other cooks and Chefs have taken this class from me for years. NOW, you can too! Healthy Cuisine Class - Now that the holidays are behind us, take charge of your diet, your nutrition, your sugar and salt intake and a variety of other dietary factors in this new and comprehensive look at food as a therapeutic agent leading to a healthier lifestyle! Indian Cuisine Class - Specific flavors originated in specific regions of India. Exciting and different ways to cook everyday and common foods that transform them to an Indian Banquet in flavor and aroma. As usual, everything is made from scratch including the curries.
Regional Italian Cuisines - This class will discuss the 20 regions of Italy and the culinary contributions made by each. We'll cover everything from the bread to the Tiramisu and even sip rare olive oils to show how beautifully-crafted they are. We'll make some pasta, then make some ravioli and finally we'll even examine some desserts and wines. So call a few friends, then click on the link above. We'll have a great time in the kitchen!

any preparation functions are solely liable for accidents or injury and agree to
hold Chef Bob harmless from all causes of action resulting therefrom.
Class participants can eat or take home the food we prepare in class. Wine
costs are extra and not included. All classes include the cost of food
selected for demonstration and are held in Chef Bob's Kitchen in Melbourne, FL
unless arrangements are made in advance for another location for an additional
fee
